Shipping Information:
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days of the order placement unless "grow out" time is specified. To be eligible for "Arrive Alive" guarantee, all orders must be shipped via Fed Ex Overnight & must be signed for. NO EXCEPTIONS!! If the customer chooses the option to ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail guarantee does not apply. Shipping charges are $45 for Fed Ex Standard Overnight. $30 for USPS Priority Mail. All corals will be triple bagged & shipped in a styro foam cooler with a cold or heat pack as needed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
If you are local to Ventura County & desire local pickup, please indicated on your order or send an email to info@stewartsfragfarm.com and make an appointment to pickup your products. There are no charges for local pickup.
Refund & Return Policy:
100% arrive alive guarantee. Any receipt of dead animals must be reported via email or voice mail within 4 hours of package delivery reported by carrier. Minimum water quality parameters and acclimation guidelines must be met to qualify for guarantee. There are no refunds. A store credit will be issued (less freight cost).
Free Shipping Policy:
Shipping is free on all orders totaling $300 or more.
